Job Description

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Anwendung und Training der Lean-Managementsysteme
  • Koordination von Lean-Management Aktivitäten
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des TIPS (TI-Produktions-System)
  • Durchführung von KVP- Workshops (kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess)
  • Erstellung einer Wertstromanalyse und anschließende Entwicklung des Wertstromdesigns
  • Administration Q-Plant (MES)

    • Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, Techniker (m/w/d), Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Industrie, vorzugsweise Automobilzulieferer
  • Kenntnisse in: 5 S, Wertstromdesign, TPM, SMED, Kaizen/KVP, Lean Production
  • Kanban- und Materialfluss - Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
