This position is responsible for providing leadership and support for the stabilizing, standardizing, simplifying, and sustaining of Process Operations for Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC). This position actively leads and mentors all levels within SAMC in developing problem solvers to improve the patient care experience, regulatory goals, and all operational metrics such as: patient safety, quality, cycle time, rework, financial stewardship, and employee satisfaction. The incumbent provides seasoned and expert guidance to leaders in the overall strategy, understanding, and deployment of LEAN, Six Sigma, and Process Simulation. This position fosters and supports ongoing learning and collaboration to develop the internal operational decision-making skills to redesign patient care processes so they are cohesively connected.
