Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (SaaS) / SDR / BDR

Job Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist (SDR/BDR) is responsible for building and qualifying pipeline for a SaaS product. This role focuses on target account research, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead qualification, converting interest into sales-qualified opportunities. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to drive consistent, high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in SaaS lead generation, SDR/BDR, or inside sales
• Proven experience in cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn/social selling
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
• Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B buying processes
