McKay are searching for a Leading Hand Electrician to join our Wellington Branch, based in Petone, Lower Hutt. 

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a highly skilled electrician who enjoys being on the tools while taking ownership of site delivery. As a Leading Hand, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between management and the on-site team, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, planning workloads, and leading a small crew of electricians, electrical technicians and apprentices across a range of commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout the Wellington region.
