Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and facilitate leadership training programs for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually

-Manage and mentor L&D teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences

-Oversee complex projects or portfolios, ensuring timely and effective execution

-Partner with internal stakeholders to assess leadership development needs and recommend solutions

-Apply data, metrics, and feedback to measure program impact and continuously improve offerings

-Leverage digital learning tools and learning management systems for effective program delivery

-Serve as a consultant to leaders and HR teams on best practices in leadership development



QUALIFICATIONS:

>Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in L&D or OD is a plus)
