Vaccines & COVID Business Lead, Canada

Reporting to the Country President, the Vaccines & COVID Business Lead is a member of the Canadian Leadership Council (CLC) and is accountable for shaping the strategy and driving the performance of the Vaccines and COVID business in Canada—a portfolio representing over $200M USD in annual sales. This senior leadership role has full P&L responsibility and focuses on portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, market shaping, and cross‑functional leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Vaccines & COVID business and maximize revenue and pre‑tax profitability in line with annual and multi‑year goals.
• Optimize business performance and implement course‑correction actions based on rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Manage expenses and investments in accordance with planned objectives and ensure sustainable contribution to Pfizer Canada.
