About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Access and Flow Manager, the Leader Patient Flow Operations is responsible for the Nursing Administration and the coordination of safe, efficient patient care services within the facility. Responsibilities also include ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet patient census. The Leader Patient Flow Operations will supervise nursing staff and coordinate all hospital and bed utilization activities in the absence of hospital administration.
