**Description**



The Coordinator, Wound Ostomy Continence Management serves as a clinical expert, consultant and facilitator for Providence Little Company of Mary Service Area in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care practices, policies, and educational activities related to selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems, such as complex draining wounds, ostomies, fistulae, dermal ulcers, tubes and incontinence. Responds to patients and families with knowledge of age specific needs within Division of Nursing and support the Mission Statement and Core Values of Little Company of Mary.
