IES has a scope of work in Columbus, OH. They are looking to add to their team for datacenter work in that area. They need to add more leadership to the field. Most of the work is going to be pulling fiber into the building. This position is for a lead tech. IES is looking for someone who has a good breath of knowledge in the low voltage space along with management skills. 80% of the work will be hands on work with the other techs. And 20% will be admin work. The admin work will be communication with the customer, data entry for different aspects on the site, materials, managing man power, and truly supporting the Superintendent. Summary: The Crew Lead - Structured Cabling will act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects.
