What you'll do


Role Description:
Work on the graphic design to develop the look and visual environment of products. Conceptualize the visual style design and develop the style and standard of the production interface.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Mapping 6: Lead implementation and performance of techniques, such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis, to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions.
