Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all import/export business, driving continuous logistic process improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring customs clearance under Customs policy.
  • Leading to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency.
  • Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
  • Overseeing the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Setting up the layout and ensuring efficient space utilization.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
