Description

+ Develop calculations, document designs, and specifications. Additionally, you will be conducting structural analyses, which include loading conditions such as wind, seismic, blast, and pressurization. Assist in structural steel design, and reinforced concrete design.

+ You will be responsible for direct reports in all aspects, including hiring, training, mentoring, deliverable quality assurance (QA)/ quality control (QC), performance reviews, performance improvements and terminations.

+ You will be responsible for coordinating with other supervisors and directors to resource projects, contributing to business development and proposals, assist with recruiting and interviewing, and creating/revising/improving department standards
