Job Summary

$1500 Signing Bonus, if eligible; Full Time; Days 7am - 3:30pm; REQUIRES: CRCST from Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD), three years related work experience AND Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
Job Duties

Assists with the daily supervision and management activities related to department. Assists in maintaining departmental compliance with regulatory agencies, including Joint Commission and Department of Health. Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices. Directs the work of others in the absence of management personnel.
