Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Automation Engineer (Support) with proven experience in Blue Prism/AI and Python, also who leverages Claude and LLMs to redefine how we build, test, and stabilize mission-critical financial systems. In this role, you won't just be managing bots; you will be architecting an AI-augmented SDLC. We need a lead who uses LLMs to refactor legacy code, conduct deep-dive gap analyses, and ensure our production environment is bulletproof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
