The **Lead Workday Software Configurator** is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday modules to support business operations and HR processes. This position partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.

**What you'll do:**

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday custom reports, including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports, as well as BIRT and Prism Analytics solutions.
