Lead: Corporate Social Responsibility Introduction

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to Senior Manager: Corporate Social Responsibility, the successful incumbent is responsible for managing the alignment between RAF brand identity, values and its socio-economic commitment of positively impacting on the societal needs of different communities by driving the implementation of social corporate responsibility initiatives within different communities. Duties & Responsibilities Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives Conduct research to determine which focus areas are to be prioritised. Conduct an analysis to establish the socio impact of identified focussed area to decide where there is a much needed inpact. Develop annual Corporate Social Responsibility execution calender in line with the overall annual plan.
