**Position Summary:**

Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies. Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders. Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers. Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments.
