Job Description

Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.

Currently we are looking for

LEAD SENIOR PYTHON AI ENGINEER (JT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 day/office)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contracting

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction for the agentic content workflow platform.
  • Architect and evolve the platform's core infrastructure, including event-driven messaging (Azure Service Bus) and MCP service exposure.
  • Own the content architecture: prompt versioning, content store, and reproducible workflow runs.
  • Hands-on development: design, build, and review production agentic workflows using CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
  • Own LLM evaluation: systematic model benchmarking, regression detection, and quality gates.
