About the Role:
The Lead – Selections will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates to ensure adequate fellows in the programme. They will assist to strategize and lead key partnerships, provide end-to-end support in receiving and shortlisting potential fellows. They will ensure the most suitable candidates even in the farthest corners of the state of Tamil Nadu know about and get to apply to the fellowship.
About the Program:
The Bhumi Fellowship is a full-time paid two-year program designed to develop educational changemakers to lead the next movement in the public education system. Centred around the holistic development of children, the Bhumi fellowship helps build an ecosystem within the school, to enable school leaders and teachers to equip students with the knowledge, adaptability, and resilience to thrive.​
