This is a working lead position responsible for guiding scaffold crews while actively performing scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling in the field.

The Lead Scaffold Builder plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality while serving as the direct link between field crews and the Scaffold Supervisor.
