This is an existing salesforce instance they have been working on a few years. The user base is internal for their bankers, but their customer base is huge. They have multi millions of records.
3 scrum teams with 24 team members between JC, Plano, and Hyderabad.
This person will lead the 8-member scrum team in NY.
They have an instance for each business area in the consumer bank, one for wealth, home lending, etc. He leads business banking team. This person will be working on business banking salesforce instance.
