Job Description
**Overview**
Pay: $23.00-$25.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. in custodians in proper cleaning techniques and ABM procedures.
1. Supervise job performance. Follow up to see that work is completed.
2. Perform cleaning routines in an excellent manner.
3. Inspect buildings for quality and safety
4. Respond promptly to alarm calls.
5. Respond promptly and professionally to ABM and client requests.
6. Correspond daily with night supervisor to review operations and receiveInstructions.
7. Provide immediate response to emergency requests.
8. Perform quality control inspections including follow up to completion.
9. Coordinate substitutes for custodians who are absent.
10. Supervise, inspect and perform tag work.
