Job Purpose

Implementation of risk management processes at the ground level for the construction finance business, gaining a thorough understanding of the project and developer, and reviewing the credit memos prepared by the Credit Manager – CF to assess the project viability and proposal structure as per the ABHFL risk parameters and customer requirements. The analyst will also have to track the progress of the project to ensure that the disbursement milestones are achieved. Key activities are analysis of project viability assessment of market information and developer financials along with monitoring disbursement as per the project lifecycle.
