**Job Summary and Qualifications**

+ Assists with planning, coordination and supervision of the Respiratory technical staff during the scheduled shift.
+ Responsible for ensuring minimal staffing for shift coverage and works to increase staffing when patient volumes increase
+ Assists and leads in the process of new employee orientation and provides input into the interviewing, hiring and selection process of new hires.
+ In addition to performing the task of a staff Respiratory Therapist. Team lead will be trained to perform Pulmonary Function Testing and/or Electroencephalograms (EEG)
