Summary This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the JBSA Lackland Outdoor Recreation. This is a flexible position with guaranteed 00 hours per week. You may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a flexible category position are not eligible for benefits Responsibilities Leads three or more lifeguards in the performance of lifeguard and related swimming facility duties. Distributes and balances workload in accordance with established directives. Ensures timely accomplishment of work assignments. Maintains awareness of status and progress and makes day-to-day adjustments based on established priorities. Maintains records of work accomplishment as required by program directives/procedures.
