The **Lead Quality Engineer** serves as the technical authority for quality, directing day-to-day quality work and leading the resolution of complex quality issues. This role partners closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure that products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements while remaining highly hands-on in quality engineering work.
