We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Program Manager to join the DynatraceONE Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional programs, driving program governance, and delivering impactful organizational changes that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Orchestrate the post-sales organizationβs major initiatives in alignment with overall company objectives.
+ Act as end-to-end program lead for key post-sales initiatives to ensure delivery success, manage multiple programs concurrently.
+ Define clear roles and responsibilities across workstreams and promote an environment of accountability.
