About the Role:

• We’re supporting a leading defense contractor in the search for a Lead Program Scheduler to manage high-visibility, mission-critical scheduling operations.


• This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Tier 1 programs, providing schedule risk analysis, and supporting major program reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and manage resource-loaded schedules using MS Project.


• Support program replans (OTB/OTS), internal reprogramming, and Baseline Reviews.
• Conduct critical path analysis, variance tracking, and earned value metrics.
• Lead scheduling support across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
• Mentor junior schedulers and help shape scheduling best practices company-wide.
