**What to Expect in LEAD (Leadership, Expertise & Accelerated Development):**
The LEAD Operations Program is a 2-year rotational program that allows you choose areas of interest and develop your skill sets. LEAD consists of four, 6-month rotations that are intended to provide a broad exposure to the engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS functions leading to successful off program placement in a role that will launch your Wabtec career. You can focus on some of our industry’s most impactful areas in LEAN, 6sigma, supply chain, logistics, materials, testing, services, sourcing, leadership/supervision, additive and more.
