**What to Expect in LEAD (Leadership, Expertise & Accelerated Development):**

The LEAD Engineering Program is a 2-year rotational program that allows you choose areas of interest and develop your skill sets. LEAD consists of four, 6-month rotations that are intended to provide a broad exposure to engineering functions, to successfully launch your career at Wabtec.
