Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall compliance with quality, safety, operational policies and procedures to ensure employee safety and product/food safety Ensure effective written and oral communication within the Production Team while also maintaining clear and coordinated communication lines with all support departments.

  • Establish and foster strong relationships between production and maintenance/ sanitation personnel (and others as required) utilizing a team/ customer based approach to establish a clean, safe working environment.

  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPI). Assist/ lead in all continuous improvement activities

  • Support and assist with coordinating all cross-training activities as required.

  • Confirm/Prepare raw materials in advance of production dates. Report out shorts/issues. Help Maintain a daily tank inventory. Complete daily reports (attendance, Co-ordinate rework staging; follow-up ...
