Responsibilities

• Ensure overall compliance with quality, safety, operational policies and procedures to ensure employee safety and product/food safety. Ensure effective written and oral communication within the Production Team while also maintaining clear and coordinated communication lines with all support departments.
• Establish and foster strong relationships between production and maintenance/sanitation personnel (and others as required) utilizing a team/customer based approach to establish a clean, safe working environment.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPI). Assist/lead in all continuous improvement activities.
• Support and assist with coordinating all cross‑training activities as required.
