**Lead Product Technology**

**Position Summary**

This role is a **lead contributor** responsible for translating customer experience research into actionable insights that inform **product strategy, technical enhancements, and business case development** .

You will partner across **multi-disciplinary teams** to design and implement research initiatives, analyze data, and build measurement tools that directly support decision-making for **new products, offers, and enhancements to existing customer solutions** .

This role connects **strategic priorities with operational outcomes** by quantifying impact, validating assumptions, and enabling continuous improvement. You will work closely with **leadership, product, and technical data teams** to ensure customer needs and business objectives are at the core of product technology
