- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.
- Organizational Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365.
- Team Structure Planning: Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Hands-On Configuration and Implementation Support: Provide direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
- Customer Service Module Deployment: Lead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self-service features.
