**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Powder Coat Painter with advanced knowledge of powder paint systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for working primarily in the paint booth, conducting powder coat painting while ensuring the highest quality of work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Utilize advanced knowledge of powder materials, types, properties, and storage.
+ Operate and maintain cleaning and pretreatment systems, ensuring compliance with chemistry, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage conveyance systems and their maintenance.
+ Operate and troubleshoot powder coating application equipment and techniques.
+ Implement part masking and hanging techniques to ensure quality, line density, and optimal transfer efficiency.
