Minimum 5+ years of power plant or similar industrial operations experience

At least 3 years of combined cycle power plant experience

Supervisory or team leadership experience in plant operations strongly preferred

Experience operating gas turbine systems and balance of plant equipment highly desirable

Strong knowledge of power plant operations, environmental compliance, and safety standards

Proficiency with plant data systems, PI software, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime, and on-call schedules as required
