**Opportunity**
The Community Coordinator & Lead Pro is the on-court leader and community builder for The Serve—a premier racquet sport facility. In this role, you will shape the player experience by leading leagues, social programming, and instruction across pickleball and platform tennis.

You will play a key role in building an engaging, welcoming community while driving participation, supporting tournaments, and helping grow membership. This is a highly visible position that blends coaching, programming, and leadership.

You will report to the Racquet Sports Director and partner closely with Sports Core tennis staff and The Serve Facility and Guest Service leadership team.
