Job Description
Junior is a new restaurant from the team behind award-winning Rolf and Daughters and Folk—a space where classic fine dining meets playful creativity. Our kitchen draws inspiration from Basque grilling and French technique, always led by the seasons and the best our local farmers and fishmongers have to offer.
We’re looking for a pastry cook who is passionate about thoughtful cooking and energized by the opportunity to build something special from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine respect for ingredients, process, and culinary tradition
- Curiosity and care—you’re drawn to the details and love making beautiful, intentional food
- A team-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow alongside others
