Lead Midwife – 24‑hour Maternity Triage

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated midwife to lead our maternity triage service.

This role requires excellent leadership and collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams and departments. The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of maternity triage, ensuring that all women/birthing people presenting to the service are assessed and managed in a timely manner, with appropriate escalation and referral in line with clinical need.
