Job Summary

This role ensures >span>safety, accuracy, and time management of all medications while providing leadership, training, and guidance to Medication Technicians and care staff. Lead Med Tech acts as a medication resource, supports regulatory compliance, and promotes high standards of resident care and safety. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties  

Medication Administration & Oversight  

• Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and state regulations 

• Ensure accurate documentation of medication administration (MARs)
