Job Description

Lead Machinist (Vertical Lathe) – 3,000lb+ Industrial Components

  • 5 or more years of experience specializing in large-scale components weighing several thousand pounds is a requirement for this position

  • We're looking for a job-shop veteran who thrives on technical variety and has the expertise to hold tight tolerances on parts weighing thousands of pounds

  • Pay is highly competitive ranging up to $42.00/hr based on expert-level experience

  • 1st Shift: Flexible starts (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM); choice of 8-hour days or 4.5-day weeks

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – Midnight (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

  • Full-time, permanent W-2 position with Day-One Healthcare Benefits

  • US citizens or Green Card holders only; no remote work available

  • Located in the Greenville, Wisconsin area
