Position Purpose:

​ The Lead Interventional Services is responsible for overseeing and performing advanced interventional services procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. This role involves coordinating technical operations, managing staff schedules, and maintaining quality assurance protocols. The lead collaborates with Medical directors, Imaging directors, and managers to achieve organizational goals, troubleshoot operational issues, and optimize efficiency. Additionally, the lead will play a key role in staff education, patient care, and maintaining the Joint Commission and ODH regulations.
