**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Chief Lead, HVAC II is responsible for installing, inspecting, operating, and repairing refrigeration equipment for preserving food, mak- ing ice, cooling water, and air conditioning the buildings. This position supervises HVAC II mechanics with responsibilities including but not limited to evaluating, disciplining, and hiring/terminating employees or recommending these to superiors.**

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ High school diploma/GED Required
+ Vocational/Technical Diploma
+ 2 Year Program in HVAC preferred
+ 5 years or more relevant experience
+ Ability to speak and understand basic English
