Job Purpose: To act as primary HR Business partner to the respective Business Unit and deliver HR Practices/services in line with the business requirements. Collaborate with the HR COE teams to implement organization-wide HR strategy, initiatives and best practices Workforce Planning: Work closely with the Business Head and functional heads to understand the short term and long-term business direction Devise the Manpower plan and budget for the Business Unit in consultation with the leadership team. Adapt the structure, processes and policies required to effectively support and guide the business teams accordingly.

Monitor Manpower Budgets vis--vis productivity and the business plan.
