As a dual-skilled technician and team lead, you will guide assembly operations while performing mechanical assembly and testing. Collaborate with the Supervisor to maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in the Assembly & Test department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on assembly of tools per technical specifications
• Lead and support assembly technicians in daily tasks
• Host pre-job meetings to evaluate risks and requirements
• Review drawing packages and identify potential issues
• Coordinate with the Supervisor on material requisitioning
