The Lead GSE Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of both motorized and non-motorized ground support equipment used in airport operations. This leadership role involves performing advanced diagnostics and repairs, mentoring technicians, coordinating daily work assignments, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
