Job Description
**The Opportunity**
As the **Lead, Global Compensation Systems & Analytics** , you will act as the strategic owner of Fordβs global compensation planning cycles within Oracle HCM. This is not a purely systems-focused roleβit is a high-impact position for a data-driven problem solver who can translate complex compensation structures into intuitive digital experiences and actionable insights.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will partner closely with Global Regional Compensation Leads and HR IT teams to ensure Fordβs total rewards strategy is executed with accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight across regions.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of **15+ global compensation plans** within Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation. Beyond execution, you will analyse data trends, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide leadership with clear, insight-led recommendations to support critical talent investment decisions.
