Job Description
Job Summary:
LeadAdvisors is hiring Lead Generation Specialists to run high-volume outbound outreach to consumer or business lists — qualify, capture, and route warm leads to the appropriate Closer or Setter team. Strong English speakers with a track record of clean dispositions and high contact rates. Entry-level seat with clear path to Sales or Senior Lead Gen.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 outbound dials per day against assigned lead lists.
- Qualify leads using our standard qualification script.
- Disposition every call accurately in the dialer / CRM (HeyCX, Forth).
- Hit weekly contact rate (>65%) and qualified-lead-per-day baseline.
- Hand off qualified leads to Closer / Setter with required fields completed.
- Surface bad list segments to Team Lead within 24 hours of discovery.
- Participate in daily standup, mid-shift huddle, and EOD pipeline review.
