Our pipeline: 4.5 million sq. ft. and 2,500 homes in development The Role We’re looking for someone to own our entire top-of-funnel engine — from campaign strategy to qualified leads in the sales team’s hands. If you live in dashboards, speak CPL and ROAS fluently, and know how to build a lead pipeline that never runs dry — read on. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube), SEO and SMO • Own lead quality — aggregate, score, and qualify leads from all sources (paid, organic, website, walk-ins, referrals, channel partners) • Build a high-velocity pipeline for the on-ground sales team • Track and report CPL, CPQL...
