Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Game Designer to shape the creative direction of our existing portfolio while driving the creation of new titles – from initial concept and design through production and release. The candidate will partner with Product, Development, and Analytics leadership to turn player insight into compelling gameplay and progression systems, set design quality standards across the studio, and mentor designers to deliver high-quality work.
